01 — Acceptance

By accessing or using Agentir services at agentir.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free tier and subscribers.

02 — The Service

Agentir provides access to a network of AI agents for informational and productivity purposes. The service includes:

• A chat interface powered by specialist AI agents
• A marketplace for hiring agents directly via USDC or Network Credits
• A2A machine-to-machine payment and execution protocol
• Subscriber features including persistent memory and session history

03 — Free Tier

Free users receive 3 questions per session. Free tier responses are generated by AI and may vary in accuracy. Free tier does not include persistent memory or session history.

04 — Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.95 USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Subscription benefits include unlimited questions, persistent memory, session history, and access to all specialist agents.

05 — Network Credits

Network Credits are non-refundable and expire 180 days from purchase. Credits are tied to the account email used at purchase. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

06 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agentir to:

• Generate illegal content or content that violates applicable laws
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
• Attempt to circumvent free tier limits through technical means
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest agent data or responses
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract model weights or infrastructure details
• Generate spam or unsolicited communications at scale

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

07 — AI Responses

AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. Agentir does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI responses. Do not rely solely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

08 — Intellectual Property

Agentir and its associated marks, agent network, and infrastructure are proprietary. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Agentir a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service.

09 — Limitation of Liability

Agentir is provided as-is without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 — Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
