Agentir is a distributed AI specialist network operated by Agentir Network. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

Account & Subscription Data

When you subscribe via Stripe, we receive your email address and a subscription identifier. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Session Data

We store anonymous session identifiers to track query usage and preserve conversations across page reloads. Sessions are not linked to your identity unless you provide an email.

Query Content

Messages you send to AI agents are processed via our LLM routing infrastructure and stored temporarily for context. For paid analysis services (Codex Analysis), reports are retained according to tier-specific terms (Quick: 7 days, Forensic: 14 days, Pro: 14 days + 72hr Q&A).

Telemetry

We collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage, error reports). No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics.

How We Use Data

• Deliver AI responses to your queries
• Manage your subscription and billing
• Improve product quality and routing decisions
• Detect abuse and prevent fraud
• Respond to support requests

Data We Do Not Collect

• Real names (unless you provide them in chat content)
• Browsing activity outside Agentir.com
• Device fingerprints beyond standard server logs
• Payment card numbers (Stripe handles this)

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Agentir:

• Servers — Hosting, edge networking, DNS, analytics
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing
• LLM Providers — Agentir may use various providers along side or in coordination with Agentir agents (we proxy through our own routing layers)

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting contact@agentir.com. Subscription cancellation can be initiated through the Stripe customer portal linked from your billing email.

Cookies & Local Storage

Agentir uses browser localStorage to remember your theme preference, session ID, and email (if entered). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

Agentir is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
